The ImanEE 2021 Organizers do not assume the rejection from the publication of the presented papers in case of similitude or self-plagiarism/ duplicate publication evidence. The Publisher is conducting its own scanning of the accepted and presented conference papers, but only the papers that pass these checks are published by IOP in IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering.

Authors are invited to submit previously unpublished papers relevant to the conference topics.

Papers will be reviewed for scientific content, organization and clearness by a composed Scientific/Reviewer Committee.

The IManEE 2021 Conference Proceedings containing the reviewed, accepted and communicated papers will be published by IOP Conference Series.

For preparing the manuscripts please visit the IOP Science (link) and edit your manuscript accordingly.

You will be notified for the reviews on the paper (at least two) and you will have to revise your paper, if so suggested by the reviewers.

In the process of paper submission, reviewing process, correcting the papers and sending the final papers in accordance with the reviewers’ recommendations one shall use EasyChair IManEE 2021 management system (link).

We had prepared a template model (link) for preparing ABSTRACTS. More information can be found accessing IOP Science (link).

We have now prepared a template model (link) for preparing FULL PAPERS.

You should upload your abstract at EasyChair (link) section as Author.

For uploading the abstract(s), please follow the procedure:

1. Open an EasyChair account or log in to the existing one.
2. Choose IMANEE 2021.
3. Overwrite file(s), in .pdf format.

After log in, for uploading the .pdf file, select:

– “New Submission” (if you are only “Author”);

– “IManEE 2021” – “Change role” – select “Author” – then “New Submission” (if you are PC Member).

If the registration process is not working properly, please let us know.

We shall upload the Full Paper for you on the database.

After submission of full paper(s) those will be sent to reviewers.

You will be notified upon each reviewer’s recommendations (at least two).

Please note:

By submitting a paper, an author and all co-authors are assumed to agree with the terms of the Proceedings License (link).

If full paper has been accepted the authors are kindly asked to send to imanee@tuiasi.ro the manuscripts in .doc or .docx formats for preparation to IOP.

At least 1 (one) author of each article should attend the conference.

Initial Registration, Abstract upload, Full Paper Upload and all other regarding Conference Proceedings are being processed through EasyChair IManEE 2021.

The IManEE 2021 Conference Proceedings containing the reviewed, accepted and presented papers will be published in open access in IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering and will be submitted for indexing in  Web of Science by IOP Publishing Services.

The templates and guidelines for the PAPERS are available in Word and Latex from IOP (link).

The final paper should not extend more than 6 (six) pages long.
